Exhibition "Time, Through the Eyes of Art"
Singapore, 23 August 2012 – Nuyou Time, Singapore’s first Chinese watch annual published by SPH Magazines Pte Ltd (SPH Magazines), celebrates its 10th anniversary with a special double-cover collector’s edition. As a special celebration, 10 artists from various disciplines were invited to interpret the concept of “Time” using their preferred art forms. Their works are featured within a section in the magazine called “Time, Through the Eyes of Art”. These artistic expressions, presented in collaboration with ION Orchard feature the works of:· Chef and founder of Restaurant Andre, Andre CHIANG
· Photographer and visual artist, John Clang and his mentees (photographers): Lavender CHANG, Alecia NEO, SAM Kang Li
· Paris-based Macanese Artist/Illustrator, HONG Wai
· Jewellery designer and founder of Carrie K., Carolyn KAN
· Malaysian Fashion Designer and founder of Mellooi Creation, Melinda LOOI
· Fashion Designer and founder of fashion label max.tan, Max TAN
· Ceramic Artist WEE Hong Ling
